Presentation Materials
- Speakers are asked to prepare their presentation slides in PowerPoint or PDF format with a 16:9 aspect ratio and
present their research from the podium. - Each speaker will be given a designated presentation time, including Q&A.
- Speakers are strongly encouraged to use the conference computer to avoid delays caused by switching between personal laptops.
(Bringing a personal laptop, especially a MacBook, is not recommended unless the presentation requires specific software or hardware.) - To avoid software compatibility issues with Microsoft PowerPoint, speakers are advised to save their presentation on a USB drive and
bring a backup copy of the presentation. - Presentation files should be uploaded to the local computer in the session room during the breaks between sessions.
- Speakers should arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the start of their session and report to the Session Chair.
Poster Presentation
- Bring your high-resolution printed poster with you to the meeting (recommended poster size: A0 [841 mm x 1189 mm]).
- Paper numbers will be placed on the poster boards in numerical order.
- Find your paper number and put up your printed poster in the designated space.
- Poster presenters are required to stand by the poster during the scheduled poster session to answer questions from attendees.
Posting Schedule & Mandatory Presence:
The detailed schedule for poster presentation and setup/teardown times will be
announced after the poster presentation acceptance is confirmed.
